Job Summary

Driving regional sales strategy and new business acquisition, the full-time Area Sales Leader will execute sales initiatives, manage channel partner relationships, and ensure distributor effectiveness while working remotely in California.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with regional and global objectives, including accurate forecasting and pipeline management
  • Define and implement the channel partner strategy, ensuring performance accountability and adherence to commercial standards
  • Lead distributor enablement through training and coaching, while driving new customer acquisition and supporting strategic account development
Required qualifications
  • Proven experience in regional sales leadership within a distributor or channel-driven sales model
  • Demonstrated success in managing and developing channel partners
  • Strong commercial, negotiation, and strategic deal-management skills
  • Ability to operate effectively across diverse South American markets and cultures
  • Experience with capital equipment/scientific instrumentation sales and fluent Spanish
