Job Summary

To drive sales performance across multiple areas, the full-time Area Sales Manager will oversee teams to meet quotas, recruit and train sales representatives, and develop regional sales strategies, while working both onsite and remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Oversee sales performance and ensure teams meet or exceed quotas
  • Recruit, train, and mentor sales representatives to promote professional development
  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies and conduct market research for expansion efforts
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
  • 5+ years of sales experience, including 2-3 years in a leadership or regional management role
  • Experience in conducting market analysis and leading regional expansions
  • Strong understanding of sales pipeline management and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
