Job Summary

A company is looking for an Area Sales Manager to lead and manage a sales team in the agricultural sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, lead, coach, and develop the Area Sales Team to meet sales and income targets
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key customer leaders and collaborate with various teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, Nutrition, Ag Business, or related field required
• 7+ years of successful sales experience, with 5+ years in the agriculture industry
• Experience in leading a sales team and managing budgets effectively
• Nutrition knowledge and strong general management skills
• Creative thinking and planning skills to develop effective strategies
