Job Summary
Leading a team of Regional Account Managers, the full-time Area Sales Manager will drive territory growth and achieve regional sales targets while working remotely across the Western U.S.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while managing a team of up to 10 Regional Account Managers
- Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to enhance team performance and prepare members for advancement
- Identify regional trends and opportunities, ensuring alignment with the National Sales Plan and organizational strategy
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field required
- Proven experience in outside sales and client engagement, including delivering presentations
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and plan field visits effectively
- Team-oriented with a collaborative approach, able to partner effectively with inside sales and leadership
- Proficiency with NetSuite and Salesforce preferred
