Job Summary
Managing a territory focused on OEM sales, the full-time Area Sales Manager - OEM will oversee a sales team, develop customer relationships, and implement sales strategies to maximize market share and profitability while working remotely in the Northeast United States.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the OEM sales team and independent rep companies in the Northeast
- Develop and maintain productive relationships with OEM customers at all levels
- Plan and implement sales strategies to maximize market share and margin
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related technical field with a minimum of 8 years of experience, or a Master's degree with at least 6 years of experience
- Senior OEM Account Management experience
- Understanding of the full portfolio of products and services, including power distribution
- Demonstrated knowledge of the electrical industry and ABB products
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S
