Area Sales Manager - Steam

Job Summary

Driving sales growth in the boiler rental industry, the full-time Area Sales Manager - Steam will expand the customer base, maintain existing accounts, and ensure customer satisfaction while primarily working remotely within the West Region, specifically Lathrop, CA.

Key responsibilities

• Expand the customer base and promote the boiler rental business within the assigned territory
• Conduct daily outreach to clients through calls and in-person visits to assess job site needs and provide solutions
• Develop and achieve the Annual Territory Sales Plan in collaboration with management, setting KPIs and revenue targets

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in HVAC, generators, chillers, boilers, or heat exchangers, preferably in a rental/leasing environment
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business preferred
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple client opportunities effectively
• Strong understanding of customer needs and technical expertise in steam solutions
• Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies to drive growth
