Area Schedule Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Area Schedule Lead for Data Center Design, Engineering and Construction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee Contingent Worker schedulers and review schedule health reports, providing necessary feedback
• Apply commercial entitlement for schedules and lead site teams in delay tracking and claims coordination
• Maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and manage proactive risk indicators while collaborating with site teams

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of construction schedule experience
• Experience with P6 (Primavera 6) and Excel
• BA/BS in construction management, finance, business, or equivalent
• 5+ years of data center experience (preferred)
• Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize workflows (preferred)
