Area Solar Service Manager

Job Summary

To support a team of Solar Service Technicians across an assigned region, the remote Area Solar Service Manager will lead, coach, and drive performance while ensuring exceptional post-installation customer support.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Solar Service Technicians through regular meetings and performance reviews
• Oversee daily service operations, ensuring work orders are completed efficiently and on schedule
• Support the resolution of escalated customer concerns and monitor service quality for operational improvement

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of residential solar experience
• Previous leadership experience managing field technicians or service teams
• Strong understanding of residential solar systems and electrical troubleshooting
• Proven ability to lead and motivate remote teams
• Experience using CRM and field service management software
