Job Summary

A company is looking for an Area Supervisor, Digital Reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the selection, onboarding, and performance management of digital reporters
• Provide coaching, feedback, and ongoing support to enhance reporter performance and compliance
• Conduct training on digital reporting systems and maintain quality assurance standards

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or a degree preferred
• Five or more years of experience in the legal services industry preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new technology platforms
• Strong coaching ability with experience in performance management
• Understanding of court procedures, legal terminology, and digital reporting standards
