Job Summary

Leading a team of Divisional Vice Presidents, the full-time Area Vice President of Sales will drive customer base revenue growth through strategic sales planning, accurate forecasting, and expanding the company's footprint in the Enterprise, Majors, and Emerging segments.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve software and profitability targets while maximizing solution coverage
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key decision-makers to ensure customer retention and expansion
  • Analyze sales performance metrics and conduct regular performance reviews to enhance team effectiveness and strategic selling skills
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • 10-15 years of proven experience in Enterprise sales and sales leadership, particularly in HCM solutions
  • Experience in selling SaaS, Cloud, and complex integrated business process solutions
  • Strong understanding of enterprise-level sales processes, including account planning and pipeline management
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding growth sales targets in the HR software or cloud/SaaS industry
