Job Summary

Leading a team of Sales Leaders and Sales Executives, the full-time Area VP of Sales will drive new business sales growth in a flexible or remote environment, focusing on sales strategy, territory planning, and team development while achieving annual sales goals.

Key responsibilities
  • Drive sales strategy and engage in territory planning to support revenue growth
  • Recruit, coach, and mentor sales team members to achieve excellence and meet performance expectations
  • Manage accurate forecasting and pipeline reporting while engaging with C-level clients to understand business requirements
Required qualifications
  • Extensive track record of new business sales success, particularly at the C-level
  • Strong experience in recruiting, coaching, and managing high-performing sales teams
  • Proven ability to integrate AI into work processes and decision-making
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking with strong analytical and financial planning skills
  • Ability to build long-term strategic relationships and adapt in a rapidly changing environment
