Ariba Catalog and eSourcing Lead

Job Summary

Driving the creation and management of digital catalogs, the full-time salaried Ariba Catalog and eSourcing Lead will oversee catalog administration, support sourcing events, and ensure process alignment, while working remotely within proximity to Greater Cleveland, OH.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and publish catalogs within SAP Ariba Buying and Invoicing, ensuring compliance and alignment with contract terms
• Support the execution of sourcing events, including RFPs and RFQs, while managing supplier participation and analyzing results for insights
• Drive adoption of Ariba tools across procurement teams and track KPIs to ensure compliance with sourcing and procurement policies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field with 1-3 years of experience in Ariba; or 5+ years in procurement with 3 years in Ariba cataloging and e-sourcing
• Experience with SAP Ariba, specifically in Catalogs and eSourcing
• Proven ability to execute sourcing events such as RFPs, RFQs, and auctions
• Understanding of Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes and strong project management skills
• Analytical skills with proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office
