Arista Wireless Subject Matter Expert

Job Summary

Serving as the technical authority for enterprise wireless architecture, the contracted Arista Wireless Subject Matter Expert will design, deploy, and support Arista's next-generation wireless platforms, including Cognitive Wi-Fi and CloudVision, while leading deployment efforts and providing pre-sales technical support remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Design enterprise-grade wireless solutions utilizing Arista's cognitive networking capabilities and develop high-level and low-level wireless designs
• Lead wireless deployment efforts in customer environments, ensuring alignment with Arista cognitive design principles and mentoring junior engineers
• Participate in pre-sales scoping calls, providing input on transitioning customers from legacy Wi-Fi environments to Arista solutions and validating technical assumptions for proposals

Required qualifications

• Hands-on design, deployment, and operational experience with Arista Cognitive Wi-Fi access point platforms (Wi-Fi 6/6E/7)
• Experience with CloudVision Cognitive Unified Edge (CV-CUE) centralized management and cognitive analytics
• Track record of enterprise wireless design and deployment, primarily with Arista cognitive wireless solutions
• Demonstrable ability to lead design and delivery teams and mentor engineers in real time
• Strong communication skills to interact confidently with technical and executive stakeholders
