Arista Wireless Subject Matter Expert

Job Summary

Serving as the technical authority for enterprise wireless architecture, the contracted Arista Wireless Subject Matter Expert will lead the design and deployment of Arista's Cognitive Wi-Fi and CloudVision solutions, while mentoring teams and providing pre-sales support remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Design enterprise-grade wireless solutions leveraging Arista's cognitive networking capabilities and manage deployment efforts in customer environments
• Mentor junior engineers on zero-touch provisioning and validate configurations for optimized performance across cognitive AP platforms
• Participate in pre-sales scoping calls, providing input on transitions from legacy Wi-Fi environments and validating technical assumptions for proposals

Required qualifications

• Hands-on design, deployment, and operational experience with Arista Cognitive Wi-Fi access point platforms and CloudVision Cognitive Unified Edge
• Track record of enterprise wireless design and deployment, primarily with Arista solutions
• Demonstrable ability to lead design and delivery teams while mentoring engineers
• Effective communication skills for interaction with technical and executive stakeholders
• Ability to manage design, deployment, and escalation responsibilities simultaneously
