Arizona AI Agent Developer

Job Summary

To enhance enterprise productivity and decision support, the full-time Arizona AI Agent Developer will design, build, deploy, and maintain AI agents and workflows, primarily working remotely with occasional onsite requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop AI agents and workflows using enterprise platforms, translating business requirements into functional agent logic and interaction patterns
• Integrate agents with approved tools, systems, and data sources, ensuring secure and reliable information retrieval and task support
• Monitor and evaluate agent performance, executing test plans and implementing improvements to ensure reliability and compliance with governance standards

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Data Engineering, or a related field, or 4 years of equivalent experience
• At least 2 years of experience with APIs, application integration, cloud-based platforms, or workflow orchestration
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in software engineering, systems integration, workflow automation, or AI application development
• Experience with LLM-enabled applications, prompt design, or agent frameworks is preferred
• Relevant cloud, AI platform, or software engineering certifications are preferred
