Arizona Call Center Agent

Job Summary

Customer-focused and compassionate, the full-time Arizona Call Center Agent will contact blood donors to schedule appointments and provide a positive service experience while working remotely from the Tucson area.

Key responsibilities:

• Contact blood donors using a dialer system to recruit for blood donation and update donor records
• Schedule appointments and maintain daily production standards to maximize donor show rates
• Follow scripting and processes to ensure a consistent donor experience and respond to inbound calls as needed

Required qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
• Minimum one year of related experience in telemarketing, customer service, or call center
• Proficient in using multiple computer applications simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to commit to a specified work schedule and maintain 100% attendance for 90 days
• Desire to learn about blood donations and promote advocacy within the organization
