Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in care coordination and navigation within a healthcare setting
• 1+ years of experience using a Chromebook and Google Workspace
• Ability to confirm and update provider data accurately
• Experience in documenting processes and compliance with applicable laws
• Willingness to stay current on information, updates, and workflows
