Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Experience Associate to join their team in Arizona.

Key Responsibilities

• Take customer calls, capture incoming leads, take orders, and schedule appointments
• Forward messages to clients while managing inbound calls in a fast-paced environment
• Work from home for 40 hours per week, including a minimum of 8 hours on Fridays, Saturdays, and Mondays
