Arizona CPA Tax Relationship Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing tax practice, the full-time salaried Arizona CPA Tax Relationship Manager will cultivate client relationships, mentor staff, and identify revenue growth opportunities while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow existing and new client relationships through effective communication and regular contact
• Mentor and develop staff while involving them in client interactions and community events
• Identify opportunities for revenue generation and represent the firm at external events

Required qualifications

• CPA required
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent required; Master's degree in Accounting or Taxation preferred
• 6 to 9 years of experience in public accounting
• Current knowledge of relevant tax laws, rules, and regulations
• Proven experience in client relationship management and business development
