Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a strong understanding of bank policies, procedures, and products to provide accurate information to customers
• Interact with customers to address banking inquiries and assist with account opening and onboarding
• Provide troubleshooting support for online banking issues and contribute to improving customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in the banking industry preferred
• Customer service experience with knowledge of deposit products and digital banking
• Ability to learn and use multiple banking software programs
• Willingness to assist in cross-functional projects and initiatives
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
