Job Summary

A company is looking for a Family Law Attorney to represent its client base in Arizona.

Key Responsibilities

• Research, draft, and file appellate briefs and motions, and present oral arguments in court
• Advise trial teams on appellate issues and mentor associates on legal writing and case law analysis
• Engage in thought leadership by authoring articles and participating in teaching initiatives

Required Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school; licensed to practice in Arizona
• Minimum 5 years of family law litigation experience, including trial and appellate work
• Preferred: Certified Family Law Specialist or on track for certification
• Over 1 year of experience representing clients in a law firm
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and appellate procedures
