Connecting with potential patients and caregivers, the remote Arizona HomeCare Sales Specialist I will engage individuals seeking home care information, nurture relationships to facilitate sign-ups, and manage inbound and outbound communications during standard business hours from 8AM to 5PM, Monday through Friday.
Key responsibilities:
- Engage potential patients and caregivers seeking information about the home care program
- Nurture interested individuals to encourage sign-up with the organization
- Collect and validate necessary information to initiate the intake process
Required qualifications:
- 1+ year of proven sales experience
- Bilingual in Spanish (required)
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivating and independent with an entrepreneurial spirit
