Job Summary
A company is looking for an HR Generalist & Payroll.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and audit benefits, employee records, and worker compensation cases
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and support onboarding/offboarding processes
- Assist with benefits administration, employee relations support, and identify opportunities to improve HR processes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Three or more years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar HR-related role
- High attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- System experience with Paylocity preferred; ADP and/or UKG payroll HRIS experience is a plus
