Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Generalist & Payroll.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and audit benefits, employee records, and worker compensation cases
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and support onboarding/offboarding processes
  • Assist with benefits administration, employee relations support, and identify opportunities to improve HR processes
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Three or more years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar HR-related role
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • System experience with Paylocity preferred; ADP and/or UKG payroll HRIS experience is a plus
