Arizona Inside Sales Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inside Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify, source, and convert new professional stylist accounts
• Drive competitor brand conversions and execute high-volume outbound outreach
• Maintain consistent territory penetration and support vacant territories

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 3 years of quota-carrying Inside Sales or new business acquisition experience
• Demonstrated success in new account development and high-volume outreach
• Strong understanding of hair extension categories preferred
• Proficient in CRM systems; NetSuite and/or Shopify experience is a plus
