Arizona Licensed ABA Onboarding Specialist
Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time Arizona Licensed ABA Onboarding Specialist will manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and on time while serving as a primary point of contact throughout the onboarding experience.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires from offer acceptance through their start date
- Collect, review, and track required employment and onboarding documentation
- Coordinate background checks, I-9 documentation, and other pre-employment requirements
Required qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in onboarding, recruiting, HR, staffing, or a related administrative role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to handle confidential employee information professionally
- Healthcare, behavioral health, ABA, or staffing experience is a plus
