Arizona Licensed Account Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager II - Trucking Insurance to manage client accounts and provide day-to-day servicing.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and carriers, actively participating in meetings
• Handle policy endorsements, issue certificates, manage billing, and respond to client inquiries
• Assist with renewal processes, including obtaining quotes and managing claims reporting

Required Qualifications

• Prior client service and/or industry experience
• P&C Insurance License required
• Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office products, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
