Job Summary
A company is looking for a Commercial Lines Service Center Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage account oversight, including new business applications, quotes, and renewal underwriting
- Serve as the primary contact for agents, handling day-to-day servicing and inquiries
- Deliver strong customer service by efficiently responding to inquiries and maintaining relationships with agents and customers
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in customer service, agency, and/or underwriting
- Property and Casualty Agent's License strongly preferred
- Minimum of two to four years of relevant experience in the commercial lines sector
- Basic knowledge of property/casualty insurance products and state regulations
- Demonstration of self-development through professional insurance designations is a plus
