Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Lines Service Center Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage account oversight, including new business applications, quotes, and renewal underwriting
  • Serve as the primary contact for agents, handling day-to-day servicing and inquiries
  • Deliver strong customer service by efficiently responding to inquiries and maintaining relationships with agents and customers
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in customer service, agency, and/or underwriting
  • Property and Casualty Agent's License strongly preferred
  • Minimum of two to four years of relevant experience in the commercial lines sector
  • Basic knowledge of property/casualty insurance products and state regulations
  • Demonstration of self-development through professional insurance designations is a plus
