Arizona Licensed Accounting Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Consultant, Outsourced Accounting Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage general ledger maintenance and accounts payable processing
• Oversee payroll processing and payroll tax reporting, along with sales and use tax reporting
• Prepare monthly management reports and financial statements, including support for trial balance closings

Required Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field, or two years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, or staff accounting
• QuickBooks ProAdvisor designation is preferred
• Experience with general ledger software such as QuickBooks or similar is preferred
