Job Summary
Supporting daily operations in a structured environment, the full-time Arizona Licensed Administrative Assistant will prepare legal documents, coordinate client filings, and maintain organized filing systems remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Prepare, print, and assemble legal applications and supporting documents
- Coordinate shipping of client filings and correspondence while adhering to deadlines
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems and track case materials
Required qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Ability to handle repetitive, process-driven tasks with consistency and accuracy
- Comfortable working with documents, printing systems, and logistics
- Reliable, proactive, and able to manage time effectively
- Prior administrative or office experience preferred; legal experience is a huge plus
