Job Summary

Leading a team of Client Service Associates, the full-time Arizona Licensed Administrative Manager will oversee centralized administrative operations, ensuring exceptional support for Financial Advisors while driving operational excellence in a fast-paced financial services environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day leadership and management of Client Service Associates
  • Partner with internal teams to enhance operational processes and support the Employee Affiliation Model
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows and increase efficiencies within administrative support
Required qualifications
  • FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 within 120 days of hire
  • 2+ years of experience working with Financial Advisors and support teams
  • 2+ years of knowledge in the brokerage/financial services industry
  • Demonstrated experience in effectively leading and managing teams
  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Accounting, or Finance
