Arizona Licensed Aesthetic Sales Consultant

Job Summary

To support a growing aesthetic practice, the part-time Arizona Licensed Aesthetic Sales Consultant will conduct virtual consultations, create personalized treatment plans, and engage with clients through various communication channels in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales success by meeting and exceeding individual sales goals through effective virtual consultations
• Conduct personalized consultations via phone or video calls, educating clients on treatment options tailored to their aesthetic goals
• Initiate outbound calls to company-generated leads, building trust and rapport to foster long-term customer relationships

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of remote consultative sales experience in a high-ticket industry or equivalent experience in luxury retail, beauty, or aesthetic dermatology
• Exceptional consultative sales abilities with a focus on understanding customer needs
• Proactive and detail-oriented professional with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and varying shifts to meet business demands
