Job Summary

To support a growing aesthetic practice, the part-time Arizona Licensed Aesthetic Sales Consultant will conduct virtual consultations, create personalized treatment plans, and drive sales success through proactive client engagement in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve individual sales goals through effective virtual consultations and proactive engagement
• Conduct personalized consultations via phone or video calls, educating clients on treatment options
• Initiate outbound calls to company-generated leads, building rapport and fostering long-term relationships

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of remote consultative sales experience in a high-ticket industry or equivalent
• Exceptional consultative sales abilities with a focus on understanding customer needs
• Proactive, detail-oriented professional capable of working independently and in a team
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and varying shifts to meet business demands
