Job Summary
To support a growing aesthetic sales team, the full-time Arizona Licensed Aesthetic Sales Consultant will run virtual consultations, build personalized treatment plans, and earn commission on every treatment sold while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to warm, company-generated leads and conduct virtual consultations
- Educate clients on services such as laser hair removal and skin treatments, while presenting financing options
- Collaborate with location directors and patient care teams for seamless client handoffs
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in consultative or commission-based sales, preferably in insurance, medical aesthetics, or beauty
- Proven ability to handle high call volumes and meet weekly/monthly sales quotas
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage a personal sales pipeline effectively
- Passion for aesthetics, wellness, or beauty
- Availability for some evenings and weekends to accommodate client schedules
