Arizona Licensed AI Trainer
Job Summary
To support the rollout of AI tools, the full-time Arizona Licensed AI Trainer will design and deliver tiered training curricula, manage user enablement initiatives, and develop a network of departmental champions, all while ensuring compliance with HIPAA and safe data-handling practices in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Design and deliver a tiered curriculum for AI proficiency, including live sessions and self-serve learning resources
- Onboard and support user adoption through structured ramp-ups and practical guidance for AI tool usage
- Develop and maintain a network of departmental AI champions to extend training and support across the organization
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Human Resources, Computer Science, or related field
- Two years of experience in training, enablement, or instructional design
- Demonstrated ability to teach technology to non-technical audiences
- Hands-on experience with prompt engineering or applied AI tools
- Familiarity with healthcare operations and HIPAA/PHI data sensitivity requirements (preferred)
