Job Summary
To enhance clinical operations, the full-time Arizona Licensed Application Systems Analyst will independently analyze and deploy Epic OpTime & Anesthesia software, mentor junior analysts, and coordinate project teams while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze existing and proposed software functionality to ensure alignment with clinical workflow processes
- Lead information technology deployment and optimization efforts in collaboration with the Project Management Office
- Mentor and educate junior analysts on best practices and software utilization
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Nursing, Information Systems, or a related field; Master's or Doctorate preferred
- Five years of progressively responsible healthcare, consulting, or IT-related experience
- Relevant certification(s) for specific business, clinical, or financial application(s) required
- Valid fingerprint clearance card issued by the Arizona Department of Public Safety or completion of an affidavit at hire
- Professional clinical licensure preferred if supporting clinical application systems
