Job Summary
Supporting adjunct teachers and enhancing student engagement, the full-time Arizona Licensed Assistant Principal will manage student performance data, coordinate support initiatives, and provide operational guidance in a remote environment, with initial training required onsite in Chandler, Arizona.
Key responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and monitor student performance data to identify trends and support intervention efforts
- Coordinate student support initiatives and collaborate with the Student Intervention Team to address student needs
- Support adjunct teachers through coaching, supervision, and professional development opportunities
Required qualifications:
- Arizona Principal Certification or active enrollment in a principal certification program expected to be completed by the end of the school year
- Bachelor's degree and a valid Arizona 6-12 Teaching Certificate
- Minimum of five years of exemplary classroom teaching experience at the secondary level
- Experience in a virtual learning environment with knowledge of online student engagement and MTSS best practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, virtual collaboration tools, and educational technology platforms
