Arizona Licensed Associate Attorney

Job Summary

Seeking an Arizona Licensed Associate Attorney, this full-time position will independently manage court appearances, depositions, and trials while developing case strategies and collaborating with a high-performing legal team in a flexible work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop compelling case strategies that drive results and challenge mediocrity
• Independently manage court appearances, depositions, motion practice, and trials
• Mentor junior attorneys and maintain professional communication with clients

Required qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school
• Active bar license in the state of Arizona
• 1-8 years of solid litigation experience, including case strategy and trial preparation
• Ability to independently manage a full caseload from discovery through trial
• Prior insurance defense experience preferred
