Job Summary

Supporting a dynamic broking team, the full-time Arizona Licensed Associate Broker will analyze client risk profiles, negotiate with insurance carriers, and develop tailored risk solutions, with the flexibility to work remotely or from Scottsdale/Tucson.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze clients' existing programs and formulate customized risk solution recommendations
• Negotiate effectively with insurance carriers to drive revenue development and retention
• Assist in the production of documentation and proposals for clients and prospects

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
• P&C License required or to be obtained within 90 days of employment
• Working knowledge of carrier underwriting practices and processes preferred
• Advanced industry designation(s) (e.g., CPCU, CIC, ARM) a plus
