Job Summary
Supporting a dynamic broking team, the full-time Arizona Licensed Associate Broker will analyze client programs, negotiate with insurance carriers, and develop tailored risk solutions while working onsite or remotely in Arizona.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze clients' existing insurance programs and formulate customized risk solution recommendations
- Negotiate effectively with insurance carriers to drive revenue growth and enhance client product density
- Assist in the timely production of documentation and support proposal development for clients and prospects
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
- P&C License required or to be obtained within 90 days of employment
- Working knowledge of carrier underwriting practices and processes preferred
- Advanced industry designation(s) such as CPCU, CIC, or ARM is a plus
- Experience with Epic (agency management system) is a plus
