Job Summary

Supporting a dynamic broking team, the full-time Arizona Licensed Associate Broker will analyze client programs, negotiate with insurance carriers, and develop tailored risk solutions while working onsite or remotely in Arizona.

Key responsibilities
  • Analyze clients' existing insurance programs and formulate customized risk solution recommendations
  • Negotiate effectively with insurance carriers to drive revenue growth and enhance client product density
  • Assist in the timely production of documentation and support proposal development for clients and prospects
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
  • P&C License required or to be obtained within 90 days of employment
  • Working knowledge of carrier underwriting practices and processes preferred
  • Advanced industry designation(s) such as CPCU, CIC, or ARM is a plus
  • Experience with Epic (agency management system) is a plus
