Job Summary

Supporting a dynamic broking team, the full-time Arizona Licensed Associate Broker will analyze client risk profiles, negotiate with insurance carriers, and develop tailored risk solutions while working remotely or onsite in Tucson or Scottsdale.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze client programs and formulate customized risk solutions based on existing policies
• Negotiate with insurance carriers to drive revenue development and enhance client product density
• Assist in the production of documentation and client proposals while ensuring timely communication and follow-up

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
• P&C License required or to be obtained within 90 days of employment
• Working knowledge of carrier underwriting practices and processes preferred
• Experience with Epic (agency management system) is a plus
• Advanced industry designation(s) (e.g., CPCU, CIC, ARM) are a plus
