Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth therapy to the Medicaid population
• Accrue clinical hours towards licensure and engage in continuous education under supervision
• Contribute to shaping the culture and direction of the practice

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Master's degree in Counseling with a minimum of 6 months of therapy or assessment experience
• Valid LAC license in good standing in the state of Arizona
• Experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and digital tools
• HIPAA-compliant home office setup for virtual sessions
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish is preferred
