Arizona Licensed Associate Counselor
Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the remote Licensed Associate Counselor will provide telehealth therapy to the Medicaid population while benefiting from administrative support and a robust referral network.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver telehealth therapy sessions to Medicaid clients, focusing on personalized treatment plans
- Collaborate with an independently licensed supervisor to accrue hours toward full licensure
- Utilize EHR systems and digital tools for efficient client management and documentation
Required qualifications
- Valid LAC license in good standing in the state of Arizona
- Master's degree in Counseling with a minimum of 6 months of hands-on therapy or assessment experience
- Own malpractice coverage ($1M per occurrence / $3M aggregate)
- Comfort with EHR systems and digital tools
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish is preferred
