Job Summary
To support a growing CPA firm, the hybrid Arizona Licensed Audit Manager will manage project and engagement phases for multiple clients, focusing on planning, directing, and completing audits while developing staff and reviewing financial statements.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, direct, and complete audits for a diverse client base across various industries
- Develop and manage staff while collaborating with partners on client and practice development
- Review financial statements and address related technical accounting issues
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- CPA certification with five to seven years of progressive audit experience in public accounting
- Strong analytical and technical skills
- Proven client service and communication abilities with a focus on relationship building
- Familiarity with audit-preparation software and technology's impact on auditing processes
