Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Arizona Licensed Auto Damage Adjuster will manage automobile physical damage claims, investigate coverage and damages, and ensure timely resolution while collaborating with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate automobile insurance claims to determine coverage, liability, and damages
- Communicate and collaborate with clients, claimants, and repair facilities regarding the repair and total loss processes
- Appraise damaged vehicles using claims estimating software and manage the repair process from initiation to resolution
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework or insurance-related education preferred
- Minimum of two to three years of experience as a 1st party Auto Physical Damage Adjuster
- Active Adjuster's license(s) as required by state(s) of operation
- Commercial Trucking claims experience required
- Proficiency in one or more estimating platforms, including CCC One, Mitchell, and/or Audatex
