Job Summary

To support a growing automotive service team, the full-time Arizona Licensed Automotive Service Advisor will manage vehicle repair requests, ensure vendor compliance with pricing and warranty programs, and handle customer communications remotely while adhering to a flexible schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure vendors perform repairs at agreed pricing and manage repair disputes
• Review and validate vehicle repair requests and parts pricing
• Drive down vendor cycle time and handle customer inquiries related to vehicle downtime

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Three years of previous vehicle maintenance experience
• Minimum of four ASE certifications related to job scope
• Ability to work remotely and a background in automotive vehicle repair
• Fleet experience preferred
