Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the remote Arizona Licensed Bankruptcy Attorney will manage a caseload focused on bankruptcy matters, including preparing legal documents and attending court hearings as needed.
Key responsibilities
- Review and execute various bankruptcy-related documents and conduct Chapter 13 Plan Reviews
- Prepare Motions for Relief from the Automatic Stay and other pleadings for secured creditors
- Attend court hearings, both telephonic and in-person, while managing assigned cases to meet client expectations
Required qualifications
- Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
- Admission to practice law in the state of Arizona
- 1-10 years of bankruptcy or mortgage servicing experience preferred
- Chapter 11 and Adversary Proceeding experience is a plus
- Proficiency in relevant software tools, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
