Arizona Licensed Bankruptcy Attorney

Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the remote Arizona Licensed Bankruptcy Attorney will manage a caseload focused on bankruptcy matters, including preparing legal documents and attending court hearings as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Review and execute various bankruptcy-related documents and conduct Chapter 13 Plan Reviews
• Prepare Motions for Relief from the Automatic Stay and other pleadings for secured creditors
• Attend court hearings, both telephonic and in-person, while managing assigned cases to meet client expectations

Required qualifications

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
• Admission to practice law in the state of Arizona
• 1-10 years of bankruptcy or mortgage servicing experience preferred
• Chapter 11 and Adversary Proceeding experience is a plus
• Proficiency in relevant software tools, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
