Job Summary
To elevate the standards in autism treatment, an Arizona Licensed BCBA will work remotely as a full-time Sr. Clinical Supervisor, responsible for designing and supervising Applied Behavioral Analysis programs while providing support and training to Behavior Technicians.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and direct the work of Behavior Technicians on assigned cases
- Develop and implement ABA programs and behavior plans based on assessments
- Conduct client intakes, assessments, and provide training to parents and caregivers
Required qualifications
- Active Arizona BCBA license
- Experience in Applied Behavioral Analysis and working with clients with Autism Spectrum Disorders
- Ability to train and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians
- Strong background in data analysis and program development
- Experience in case management and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
