Job Summary
To support a growing telehealth program, the full-time Arizona Licensed BCBA Telehealth will develop and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans, provide clinical oversight for children with autism, and collaborate with families and clinical teams, all while working remotely with no travel required.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans using evidence-based practices
- Provide clinical oversight and program management for children with autism, primarily ages 2-10
- Conduct assessments and provide remote supervision and training to RBTs and families through telehealth
Required qualifications
- Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
- Active Arizona Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license or eligibility to obtain it
- Master's degree in ABA, education, psychology, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of BCBA telehealth experience
- Experience developing individualized ABA treatment plans and providing clinical supervision
