Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time Arizona Licensed Behavior Analyst will design and implement ABA plans, conduct assessments, and mentor behavior technicians while working remotely with quarterly travel opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement personalized ABA therapy plans for clients
• Conduct assessments and track client progress using data-driven methods
• Lead and mentor behavior technicians, providing coaching and support

Required qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Arizona Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) certification
• Experience in developing and implementing ABA therapy plans
• Ability to collaborate effectively with families and caregivers
• Commitment to ethical decision-making and high-quality clinical outcomes
