Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the full-time salaried Arizona Licensed Behavior Analyst will provide ethical, play-based ABA therapy to a caseload of up to 10 children remotely, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and receiving ongoing training in the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM).
Key responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality ABA therapy using the ESDM framework to young children
- Collaborate with SLPs, OTs, psychologists, and other professionals in a remote setting
- Participate in ongoing training and clinical leadership support to enhance professional growth
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification with the BACB
- Arizona BCBA license is required
- Minimum of 5 years of BCBA experience, preferably in a remote capacity
- Experience with the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM) is recommended
